3 Assets experienced best location on beach, very private ! The house by itself was outdated...very out-of-date, couches, chairs, beds, all outdated and uncomfortable! Old glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I used to be scared to Demise the whole time among the kids was gonna break it or something, failed to look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we are clean but had no pressure, outside spicket did not work so could use it to wash feet off after being over the beach, before you arrived inside.

I did love you had 2 king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, 2 from the 3 plastic chairs outside have been broken. The house really could use a good power washing and that would make an enormous improvement on the deck. The house has so much potential it is actually unfortunate to see it getting run down. I Completely loved the area, but if improvements usually are not made would not lease house once again. Absolutely propose viewing Port St Joe for those who have not !!
